FAQ

What is our order cancellation/rescheduling policy?

1. Cancellations and Rescheduling - You can reschedule your order at any time from the moment of booking until 21 hours before the scheduled date of service. - If your order needs to be postponed, your account will be credited with the full value of the services booked. This credit can be applied to the same order or used for a new order in the future. If an appointment is cancelled 3 hours before the appointment is scheduled to start, there is a 50% of the invoice total fee that will be charged.

2. Refunds - Refunds are processed in the event of a system error that affects your order. - In such cases, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 72 hours after the order has been processed.

What payment method do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards online, as well as Zelle, for your convenience. Choose the payment method that works best for you!

What locations do you serve?

We proudly serve the Tampa area and Central Florida. Locations outside a 65 mile radius from 33803 are subject to travel fees.

What services do you offer?

We offer a range of services, including photography, videography, virtual tours, and virtual staging.

What are your turnaround/delivery times?

All photos are delivered the day after the shoot, with videos typically available within 3-5 days.

How can I prepare for the appointment?

Please note that we expect the property to be photo-ready for the time you set your appointment for. If we must wait longer than 45 minutes after that set time at a site for it to be prepared or to be let into the property, we add a 50% fee; if we must wait an hour or longer, or if the shoot is entirely cancelled, a 100% fee will be assessed.
